A concussion is invisible on most scans and argued about in every file. Whoever holds the case, the attorney building a demand, the chiropractor treating the crash patient, the physician inheriting the follow-up, decides where objective testing gets ordered. This map is those people: the five groups in Georgia who control that decision, who signs inside each one, and, where a register exists, roughly how many. Counts are Georgia-wide with metro Atlanta inside them. Two of the five you already work; three your current channel does not reach.
Plaintiff injury firms
The lane you already win in. An attorney holding a suspected mild TBI case needs objective findings in the file before anyone on the other side takes it seriously, and the firms that order testing are the ones already set up to route clients to providers. There is no referral pathway anywhere on your site: no provider page, no order route, no way for a firm to start sending cases without already knowing someone.
Who signs: the attorney who owns the file, and the case manager or paralegal who actually schedules the testing.

Injury-practice chiropractors
The other lane that already feeds you. They see the crash patient twice a week from day three, and when the headaches and the fog do not resolve they are the first professional positioned to send that patient for an objective test. The referral goes wherever a relationship already exists.
Who signs: the treating chiropractor, who is usually also the practice owner.

Concussion physicians
Neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and sports medicine inherit the follow-up visit, usually with a normal scan in hand and a symptomatic patient in the room. An objective functional measure they can put in the chart is what that appointment most often lacks.
Who signs: the physician, with the practice or office manager routing where the referral goes.

Urgent care and hospital discharge points
Where a concussion actually enters the system: a crash, a fall, a sideline knock, then a discharge sheet that says follow up with your doctor. A standing referral relationship at that exit captures the case at the moment it exists, instead of weeks later when the file is already contested.
Who signs: the medical director or lead physician at the clinic; for hospital pathways, the service line director who owns discharge follow-up.

Employers and workers compensation
A work-related concussion needs exactly the third-party, objective answer you sell: the employer wants the claim settled on evidence, and the injured worker wants to be believed. The buyers exist at large employers and claims desks across the metro, and we have not found anyone working this lane systematically.
Who signs: the workers compensation adjuster or nurse case manager on the claim, with the authorized treating physician ordering the test. The employer's HR or risk manager is who opens the door, not who orders.

Where the openings are

Your two working lanes are fully enumerable. The bar roll and the provider registry are public record, which means the Georgia injury attorneys and injury chiropractors can be identified by name and worked systematically rather than one relationship at a time.

Eleven. That is the whole brain injury specialist layer. Just 11 physicians in Georgia carry the brain injury medicine subspecialty registration. Every generalist who cannot get a specialist slot for weeks still has to put something objective in the chart, and that scarcity is the door-opener with all of them.

The discharge sheet is the leak. Most concussions exit urgent care and the ER with follow up with your doctor and nothing else. A standing relationship with the medical directors of the state's 400-plus urgent care sites puts your test inside that sentence, at the only moment the case is not yet an argument.

Georgia first, then it travels. The same five groups exist in every state, and nationally the chiropractic lane alone runs to roughly 158,000 registrations, practitioners and practices together. A referral engine proven in metro Atlanta is portable, because the roles who order the test do not change.

Practitioner figures count individual registered clinicians; organization figures count registrations, so a group running several locations appears more than once.
